Relaxing Getaway with Slight Adjustments
Just a tip, the plug required some creativity to use, but nothing too troublesome. Stock up on snacks beforehand as no shops are nearby. Perfect for couples needing a peaceful retreat!

We loved exploring the beautiful gardens and took some fine walks around the area. The kids enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere, and Alan's stories. And access to the gardens was fantastic! The cat added a special touch to our family adventures.
In my wife's opinion, the steep paths might be challenging for little ones. Maybe providing some easier walking options would help families enjoy even more.

I spent a peaceful week in the Luxury Suite. The gardens seemed straight out of a fairy tale, enchanting. Relaxing by the waterfall outside my room was a daily treat. My room was cozy and had everything I needed. Breakfast offered so many choices, all delicious. Alan, the host, added a personal touch with his warmth and was full of fascinating stories. The heating in my room could have been better. It felt a bit cold at times, especially at night. The nearby dining options were limited, particularly on Monday evenings. A car is definitely a necessity to explore the area fully. Still, the charm of the house and the beauty of the gardens made up for these minor inconveniences.

Staying in this charming house was a delight, with beautiful gardens to explore and a peaceful atmosphere. The only downside was the steep walk back from the village. Alan was a welcoming host.
